Service dates and times are based on availability. Arrival times may shift because of weather, traffic, previous jobs, or unexpected delays. Customers will be updated about major changes.

Service may be delayed for rain, storms, wet or muddy grass, extreme heat, or other unsafe conditions. Weather-delayed work will be moved to the next reasonable available time.

Pricing depends on yard size, grass height and condition, trimming needs, access, and requested services. If the property is significantly different from the original description or pictures, any major price change will be discussed before extra work is completed.

Very tall, thick, wet, or heavily overgrown grass may cost more because it requires additional time, equipment use, cleanup, and labor.

Payment is due when service is completed unless another agreement has been made beforehand.

Please make sure gates are unlocked and the work area can be safely accessed. Pets should be kept inside or safely away from the work area while equipment is being used.

Please remove toys, hoses, cords, sports equipment, decorations, large rocks, branches, trash, metal, and other items that can create a hazard or be difficult to see.

Mulch installation, hedge and shrub pruning, bush and brush removal, seasonal cleanups, heavy weed removal, large debris removal, and major overgrowth cleanup are priced according to the job and are not automatically included in a standard mowing price.

Before-and-after photos may be taken to document work or promote the business. Exact addresses and personal information will not be posted. Customers may ask that property photos not be used for advertising.
